| With
over thirty years of legal, business, and military experience
I have developed vital insights into the problems faced by
individuals and corporations today. Legal problems often reflect
a deeper problem in the organization which needs to be addressed.
I can often make recommendations that solve the problems or
mitigate their effects.
I discovered
early in my practice that employment issues are a major problem
for businesses and employees. From my experience representing
both employees and employers, I have developed procedures that
can minimize the impact of employee misconduct and reduce tensions
in the workplace. When approached with the right methods, the
Civil Rights and other employment laws can aid the manager
in getting the best performance from his employees and reducing
the exposure to lawsuits.
These
insights into employer/employee issues have led me to develop
management training programs. These programs focus on how to
effectively hire and fire, use employee evaluations to achieve
maximum performance, and to investigate discrimination complaints
quickly and effectively. |
